You will need to deposit funds in your account before you are able to place any bets. Funds may be deposited into our bank account or by credit card. At this time we only accept Australian Dollars (AUD). Please refer to our BANKING section for information and deposit procedures.
All new applicants are required to provide proof of identity and domicile when opening an account. You must be 18 years of age or over and forward by email, mail or fax, a copy of your passport or driver?s licence. You may open and make transactions on you new account prior to providing identification, however, it is not permitted to make payments to you until proof of you ID is met.
If you plan to use a credit card we require (1) photographic proof of your identity, (2) a copy of both sides of the credit card, (3) a copy of your recent statement and (4) a completed CREDIT CARD AUTHORITY FORM. Again, it is not permitted to make payments to you without these requirements being met.
After you submit your application, our computer will notify you of your ClientID. You will then be required to nominate a password that can include any combination of numbers and letters. This password must be at least 4 characters. You should quote your ClientID and password in any queries or dealings with DoubleBet. Important: For your own protection, you should never reveal your ClientID and password to any other person.
Your account will record all your transactions. You may check these online at any time or you can ask for a statement.
